We want to be honest with you:
this isn't a magic pill-type solution, or something you'll be able to do one time and then never have to do again.
But if you're willing to explore a little bit of healing movement and breathwork each day, and address your mindset blocks around making time for yourself and what's possible for your body (even as you age), it is ENTIRELY POSSIBLE to have minutes and hours or even days or weeks without pain.
